My father was in Booneville visiting some friends so I got to drive there three days in a row. Driving in
Northwest Arkansas is really a pleasure. It's so beautiful. Unfortunately, these pictures don't do it
much justice because it was cloudy on the days that I drove, so for now you'll have to take my word for it.
I plan on making the trip a few more times in the near future so I hope to catch it on a sunny day and
get some really nice pictures. Until then, here's what I have.
The first shot is a bridge that crosses the Arkansas river in a town called Ozark, Ar. Ozark is about the halfway point
between Clarksville and Booneville. The river isn't very wide in this area, and when it's nice out, I plan on
getting out of the car and taking some shots from the bridge, as it's a really nice area. The second shot is a quick
shot I took from inside the car of downtown Ozark heading out of town. The other two shots are just countryside
from a hilltop midway between Ozark and Booneville. This whole area is mountainous. Not like the rockys, but there are
almost always mountains visible in the distance and it makes for nice scenery.
